FAUST Mary Jane – She died as she lived, in total surrender to Jesus. Mary Jane passed away at GNGH in the Palliative Care Unit, during the very early morning on Tuesday November 15, 2016 at the age off 77. She will be greatly missed by her husband Reg of 17 years, as well as her children Raymond (Virginia) Connolly, Rose Connolly (Scott Furlong), Jane (Tony) Gardner & Edward (Molly) Connolly, as well as stepchildren Catherine (John) McNally & Christine (Andrew) Sloss. Mary Jane will also be missed by her 14 Grandchildren. Mary Jane was a graduate of Cornell University in New York and she was also in Pastoral Ministry as a teacher for many years. She will be missed by the many students that she taught in Nutrition Sciences at the school of Nursing in Buffalo New York.
The family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main St. on Friday November 18th from 7:00-9:00 pm. Visitation will then be held prior to the service on Saturday November 19th from 10:30 – 11:30 am at Good Shepherd Church, 677 Niagara St. St Catharines (Located in Grace Mennonite Church) with a celebration of life to follow at the church at 11:30 am. Burial to follow at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to World Vision in memory of Mary Jane.
