ANDREWS, Winnifred “Winnie” Mary (nee McDermott) - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Winnie Andrews on June 20, 2017 at the age of 98 at the GNGH. Beloved wife of the late Clifford G. Andrews (1989). Loving mother of Michael Andrews, the late Shirley Andrews and the late Kenneth Andrews. Proud grandmother of Sheri, Daniel (Vanessa), Catherine (Anthony), Martin and Julie, great grandmother of 10. Sister of Terrence McDermott (Audrey) and family, sister-in-law of Gladys James (Bill) and family. She will be fondly remembered by her closest friends Nancy Weiss, Andre (the late Gail), Clara Donaldson, Arlene Hardy (Dan). Survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Cremation has taken place and family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main Street, on Wednesday July 5, 2017 from 11-12 PM, with a funeral service taking place at 12 PM. Interment will follow at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations to the CNIB would be appreciated.
