COPELAND, David “Copey” - Passed away suddenly at home with his wife by his side at the age of 69 on Tuesday January 30, 2018. He will be greatly missed by his wife Violet of 50 years and son Michael. He will be missed by his mother Joan Foster. Sisters Susan (Barry) Lewis, Kathleen Foster, Joanne Poor and Brother Bill (Ann) Copeland. He will be greatly missed by his Father and Mother-in-law Lawrence & Edna Wallington and Brother-in-law Larry (Donna) Wallington, and Sister-in-laws Nancy (Ron) Rap, Sue Jennings and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his Father William Copeland and Brother-in-law Brian Poor. David worked at General Motors for 30 years. He will be remembered for his kindness and generosity.
The family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main St. on Friday February 2nd from 2-4 pm. Cremation will take place at a later date, followed by a private family interment at Fairview Cemetery. Those who wish may make a memorial donation to The Heart & Stoke Foundation.
