BARWELL, Marina (Sams) – Passed away peacefully in her sleep at West Park Health Centre, St. Catharines on Saturday, February 24, 2018, at the age of 83. Beloved wife of Ronald for 48 years. Devoted mother of Andrew. Dear sister of Sheila Pearson. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by her parents Hilda and Leonard Sams, brother Cyril Sams and sister Eileen Veysey.
The family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main St., on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A service to celebrate the life of Marina will be held at the funeral home on Friday, March 2, 2018 at 11 a.m., reception to follow. Burial in Hillside Cemetery, Pelham, ON. Those who wish may make a memorial donation to the Alzheimer’s Society.
