HURD, Lynn Marie – It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Lynn at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Tuesday July 3, 2018 at the age of 76. Beloved mother of Tracy DiCostanzo (Rob), Cathie Newcombe (Angela) and Sharon Hardy (Gilbert). Loving grandmother of Connor (Elise), Eric and step grandmother of Zachary, Samantha and Emily. Caring sister of Ken Parliament (Laurali), Bill Parliament (Judy), John Parliament (Carrie) and sister-in-law of Penny Turner. Predeceased by her husband Wayne Hurd (1997) and her brother Bob Parliament (2000). Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews and friends. Lynn’s family would like to thank Dr. David Dec and the ER and unit C staff at GNGH.
Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main St., on Saturday from 2–3 pm followed by a celebration of her life at 3 pm. A private family interment will take place at Holy Trinity cemetery at a later date. Those who wish may make a memorial donation to Chippawa Presbyterian Church.
