DERBYSHIRE, Elaine –

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Elaine on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 in her home at the age of 74. Beloved wife of the late Bill (May 2005). Elaine was a devoted mother to Sean Hudson (Julie) and Jason Hudson (Linda). Stepmom and friend to Jim Derbyshire (Dolores), Patti Thompson and Dave Barnes. Proud and adoring grandma of Kyle and Katherine. She will be fondly remembered by James, Matt, Katie, Levi, Owen and Zoe. Dear sister of Judy Wark (Ted) and Nancy Bickell (Mike). Sister-in-law of Marianne Bowman. Aunt Elaine will be
deeply missed by her nieces, nephews as well as countless friends. Predeceased by her brother Gary Bowman and stepdaughter Pam Barnes. Elaine retired as a Registered Nurse from Dorchester Manor in 2001, a career she found tremendously rewarding. Her solution to most of life’s ails, was food and everyone benefitted from the generosity of her kitchen. The family would like to thank Dr. Yelamanchili as well as all of the incredible staff at The Walker Family Cancer Centre.
