Condolences

Condolence From: Valerie Wiebe
Condolence: I'm so sorry for your huge loss. I didn't know Drew well, but I do know that he was a wonderful man. I hope you take comfort in knowing that your family and friends will help you through this terribly tough time. It does get better; it never goes away, but it does get better!
Love, Valerie, Mitch, Shawn Wiebe

Condolence From: John Coutts
Condolence: To the Hanson family,
I was deeply saddened to hear the news about Drew. I was a teacher and coach at Silver Heights when Drew was there (as well as other family members), and have many great memories. Drew was a fine athlete and a wonderful member of our school. I am so glad I was able to meet up with Drew at the reunion in July and swap old memories. He will be missed by many.

Condolence: To the Hanson family...What a shock to all of you. I was a high school friend and thought the world of this man. My heart goes out to Tracy, Paul, Jenna and Ben and his sister Donna and rest of his family.
I have always thought of Drew, and will still think of Drew as a most genuine , caring, happy, sincere ... person I have had the honor to know. I know now, more then ever, the value of reunions. I always looked forward to catching up with Drew at these events.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all today.

Condolence: Dearest Tracy, I am so sorry for your sudden loss. Drew was, and will continue to be, one of the most special, caring people I have ever known. We were all very blessed to have him in our lives - although it was for far too short a time. Please know that I have you and your family in my thoughts and prayers as I am unable to attend in person.

Condolence From: Phil Nickel
Condolence: Dear Hanson family,
Drew was a teammate of mine on the Bruins of the Niagara Hot Tub League, and I am deeply saddened by his passing. He was not only a skilled player, who played with much passion, but he was a cheerful and friendly presence in the dressing room. We often had humorous times together, and shared more than our hockey passions in our conversations. His positive attitude, and generous spirit will be missed by all of us.
With greatest sympathy,
Phil Nickel

Condolence From: Anne Turnbull
Condolence: Drew was so good and so special. He loved his Bella and Jenna, Paul & Benny so very much and all of us as well. Drew lived a great life, taking pleasure each day in the things that mattered, whether it was seeing Tracy so happy with Rog, getting Benny settled out west, watching a hockey game with Paul, his pride in Jenna's accomplishments at school, taking time for himself to be fit and healthy, engaging in lively discussion with friends over dinner, or just enjoying the perfect cuban libre that Tracy had made with love....right up until the end. We'll remember him with laughter and with love, always. My best love to the family - you are in my thoughts every day. xo Annie
