Our families lived in downtown Niagara and were close friends for many years (The Orr and Duckworth families) The city of Niagara was indeed fortunate to benefit from her many activities i.e. producer of Rainbow Productions, volunteer work with the GNGH Auxiliary, etc. Joan was very proud of Niagara Falls and was a wealth of information about our city. My deepest condolences to her family and many friends.
