CELAR, Deborah -It is with tremendous sadness that suddenly in her 57th year at the GNGH on September 16th, 2018 with her family at her side, our beautiful, big hearted angel was taken away from us. Debbie Bernice Celar, was a loving and devoted wife to Robert Celar for 36 years. Debbie is predeceased by her loving parents Nora and Elisha Seaward as well as Eli and Anne Celar, sister Sylvia (Paul), 4 brother in-laws, 2 nephews and 2 nieces. Survived by siblings Marina (Herb), Shiela, Neta, Freeman, Dan, Gloria (Marty), Diane, Maxine (Paul), Marie (George), Barb (Manny), David (Holly) along with countless nieces and nephews and a large extended family.
A celebration of life is being held on Friday September 21st between 1-4pm at the Falls View Hose Brigade at 5786 Dunn St. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Debbie’s honour to a children’s charity of your choice.
